The Insurance Company began its activity on September 20, 2006 as FCB INSURANCE CJSC.

On August 20, 2012 FCB INSURANCE CJSC was renamed into A Plus Insurance Company CJSC;

A Plus Insurance Company is licensed by the State Service for Financial Market Regulation and Supervision under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to carry out 34 voluntary, 4 obligatory types of insurance, and has 5 licenses for re-insurance;

A Plus Insurance Company is a Shareholder of FinanceCreditBank OJSC;

Nowadays, there has been a reorganization of A Plus Insurance Company CJSC by merger of Rosstrakh-Kyrgyzstan Insurance Company CJSC to it;

Purpose of reorganization is creation of the first-class Insurance Company in Kyrgyzstan with the largest authorized capital;

Authorized Capital of the Company is 580,000,000 som that makes A Plus Insurance Company one of the companies with the largest authorized capital on the insurance market of the Kyrgyz Republic;

A Plus Insurance Company is a member of the Kyrgyz Insurers Association, a partner of the Association of the International Road Transport Operators of the Kyrgyz Republic (AIRTO-KR); A Plus is the only authorized insurer which provides insurance of carriers/forwarding agents liability handling transportation under the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (KDPG / CMR) with application of the TIR Carnet (TIR Carnet); a member of the Commercial and Industrial Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic; a member of JIA Business Association and HoReCa Club.
