He graduated from Issyk-Kul State University majoring in Management in 1999. In 2004 he took his Master’s Degree in Management at the Kyrgyz State National University. He completed professional development courses at Ingosstrakh Open Joint-Stock Insurance Company (Russia), successfully completed courses according to the SIDA program of Strategic Insurance Management for Heads (Stockholm, Sweden) and SABIT program called Insurance in Central Asia (Washington, USA). From 2011 to 2012 he successfully trained at the Chartered Insurance Institute (Great Britain). In 1998, being an undergrad, Seiit Kanymetov began to work as a translator in the Kyrgyz-Swiss Dairy Program (KSDP). Since 1999 he began to work in Kyrgyzinstrakh Joint-Stock Insurance Company where he completed all stages of professional development from ordinary expert to the head of development control, insurance and reInsurance In 2007 he was invited to NSK Insurance Company CJSC to the CEO position where under his management the Company became one of leaders on the local insurance market. Since August, 2017 he holds position of the Chairman of the Executive Board of A Plus Insurance Company CJSC.
Alida Satybaldieva Tokonovna
Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of A Plus IC CJSC
She has a college degree, studied in 1991-1995 at the Accounting and Economics School of the Kyrgyz State National University. She completed courses in the field of insurance at ROSNO JSC, Ingosstrakh Open Joint-Stock Insurance Company and Russian Financial Academy at the President of the Russian Federation (Moscow, Russia). Alida Satybaldieva began her career in Kamkor-S Insurance Company JSC. In 1997 she worked for Kyrgyzinstrakh Open Joint-Stock Insurance Company. In 1999 she headed the Reinsurance Department at Kamkor-S Insurance Company JSC. In 2001 she was elected as a board member of that Company. In 2004 she passed into Insurens Ayan Insurance Company CJSC as the Head of Insurance and Reinsurance Department. In 2005 she was invited to Rosstrakh-Kyrgyzstan IC CJSC (now A Plus Insurance Company) to position of the Deputy CEO where she works till present. Since June, 2017 she holds a post of the Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of A Plus IC CJSC.
Elena Sergienko Sergeevna
Chief Accountant at A Plus IC CJSC
She studied at the Financial and Economic Training College with a degree in Bank Accounting in 1984. Then in 1999 she graduated from the Kyrgyz National University with a degree in Finance and Credit. She completed courses of IBTSI, Accounting (International Accounting Standards) of USAID, Taxation under the new Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic of Jacobs Training. In 2011 she successfully completed the Changes in IFRS course at the training center of the Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan. She began her working career immediately after graduation form the Training College working for the Leninskiy District Branch of Promstroy Bank, Bishkek as an accountant. In 1992 she continued her career at Kurulush Bank JSCB as the Deputy Chief Accountant. In 2003 she transferred to EcoBank OJSC as the Deputy Chief Accountant. After more than five years of successful work on this position, she was appointed to the position of the Chief Accountant. In June, 2017 she was appointed to the position of the Chief Accountant of A Plus Insurance Company CJSC.
